new project: POP UP FACTORY for I HEART TOKYO at LAFORET Harajuku
Another exciting project of mine is just happaning now – a collaboartion with I Heart Tokyo for its first pop-up shop at Laforet Harajuku. It`s including: visuals based on Maciej Kucia`s photos shot especially for this occasion, featuring out new hot IT Girl in the town – Sayo Akasaka /BELLONA/; as well as POP UP FACTORY design with art direction of Jason Lee Coates /AVGVST/. All inspired, of course, by Edie Sedgwick, Andy Warhol and his FACTORY and his INTERVIEW magazine – endless source of inspiration. The POP UP shop is on till May 21st and apart exciting fashion pieces and accessories also present “photo booth” where can have a quick Marilyn Monroe or Andy moment!!! And also do not miss Dry Clean Only /D.C.O./ T-shirt especially made for this pop-up-extravaganza!!!

Land of Tomorrow of Tomorrow Land – Xmas display
Xmas are really getting close now and I just need to mention about recent project which is Xmas “make-up” [read: display] for the cutest of Tomorrow Land family – select shop simply called Land of Tomorrow in Tokyo`s Marunouchi district. The project came to life in collaboration with my friend and interior designer Ryoko Ando and her DesignMusica. The concept was simple: to make it Xmasy with a twist so in result all went up-side-down basically, with gold-ish and silver-ish, silky and some blue colouring inside and more warm one in the windows. And as all Xmas displays, by their nature, last shortly so Land of Tomorrow Xmas make over does – it is on only till 25th Dec. I also need to mention as well as the shop itself is soooo worth to visit – great interiors and amazing selection of fashion goodies – not only during Xmas time, of course!!
